December 2007 - Diversity Ambassador Visits Local School
Jo Anne Brown, the UK Ambassador for the EU's campaign For Diversity Against
Dsicrimination visited local School Burnham Grammar to give a talk on discrimination
and diversity.

- September 2007 - Rowing Challenge
Jo trains with her fellow 'Independent Women' team for the Reading Corporate
Eights Rowing Challenge. The first all-female team in the history of the Reading
competition, we're proud to say we won bronze - and even beat some all-male
teams! We're proud to have raised more than £6000 for East Berkshire
Women's Aid. Link

July 2007 European Truck Tour visits Liverpool
Part of the EU's campaign For Diversity Against Discrimination, the European
Truck Tour visited Liverpool and included Ambassador Jo Anne Brown presenting
a workshop on discrimination to local young people. (Link and link)
