We
work at all levels of the organisation from employees,
tertiary workers, people
managers to Directors/Senior Personnel. Our
recommendation is that the need for change must be recognised
and driven from the top through to the grassroots of the
organisation
and this is where many of our interventions start.

Rani is a passionate and enthusiastic specialist in cultural awareness,
equality and diversity. With a background that includes working
with local governments and communities, experience with Young
Offenders and mental health, her training and consultancy is
based on her
practical experience. Rani
believes that recognising similarities and understanding
differences of
different cultures leads to a greater tolerance, better
communication and understanding.
Rani
can present what appear to be complex issues with great ease
and professionalism and, important
in today’s society, she actively
promotes delegates to ask any questions that may seem ‘Politically
Incorrect’ in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
She aims to provide understanding and recognition of
cultural differences
and how cross-cultural issues can contribute towards
bullying and harassment in the workplace.
Bill Majrowski
Bill is an experienced trainer, public health researcher and health
promotion specialist and works with employers to develop effective
harassment strategies, harassment workshops and employee support
programs.
Bill’s name might seem familiar: he won a landmark and historic
legal case at the Court of Appeal, unanimously confirmed in the House
of Lords [2006], against Guy’s and St Thomas NHS Trust.
The Majrowski ruling confirmed that employers have vicarious
liability
for acts of harassment committed by their employees in the
course of their employment duties under the Protection from
Harassment Act
1997. Importantly, employer liability also extends to third
parties, such as customers or clients, who may be harassed
by an employee.
